Ok, I've been to Tokyo and Osaka and honestly, this ramen is really good when you compare it to Japan's ramen.  I mean, I even heard some fluent Japanese speakers in the other booth, so that says it all!  I've been here more than a half dozen times and always enjoy their flavorful and rich black garlic ramen.
For all you people that rated this ramen joint 4-5 stars, go ahead and pat yourself in the back for NOT HAVING THE SLIGHTEST CLUE WHAT JAPANESE RAMEN TASTES LIKE, because this aint it! As much as this place does a good job with customer service and bring good ambience, it fails horribly to replicate anything resembling Japanese Ramen. Water thin Tonkotsu broth that they "claim" has been in the pot for 18-20 hours, says it all. You know it's a red flag when a ramen joint isn't at least 75% full during lunch hours. I gambled anyway and took my seat, and totally regret it lol. I feel bad for giving this place two stars, but I gotta keep it real for the people actually looking for a good ramen spot and hope they won't get fooled into trying this place.
BLACK GARLIC PORK RAMEN! Unfortunately I did not personally try that. I must next time because everyone was talking about it and ordering it while I was being basic and ordered shoyu ramen. Which the shoyu wasn't bad, so if they can make a good shoyu, then other items should be a thumbs up. Loved that you can order through the tablet, including getting the check or asking for anything. This is what the F&B industry will soon become and they're ready!
