Visited: lunch, Friday, November 26, 2021.'Nomen omen' (the name is a sign/the name speaks for itself) the ancient Romans once stated. Trattoria Sostanza ('substance') speaks true to its name: absolutely gorgeous, superlative Florentine cuisine. Their 'butter chicken' is nothing short of sublime. Mind you, you'll pay 20.00€ for it (November 2021 prices), but is its price 'expensive'? It definitely isn't for what your taste buds will experience. Well worth your hard-earned cash (the establishment does not accept credit cards). Fab!
