I will have File Mignon steak.- Oh, we are out of it.Never mind I will Sirloin steak.- Oh, we don't have it either.?!?!?!?!- We have great duck breast.[If I wanted to eat duck breast I would order one] OK, I'm hungry, just bring me one.So chewy duck breast I never had in my life before...
