Quite sometime ago I was looking to book a table here to have meal with my other half. I contacted the tribeton before making a booking to see if they could cater for someone who had dietary requirements. As I have PKU I cannot eat around 90% of food that is on the menu. I asked if they could give me an alternative and if not could they substitute what they had on menu with my own low protein food. The manager in their reply was quite rude and told me they would not deviate from set menu. And then started to use about health and food safety. Completely unprofessional by this person.
