I can’t say enough about our visit to Tropicale. The place was very nicely decorated inside and out. The outside was covered with beautiful greenery and mist to keep it cool. The atmosphere and environment were extremely pleasant. Our waiter Aaron, was very helpful with suggestions, he was always there when we needed him, but didn’t hover. Our water glasses never went empty. The cocktails were very tasty and creative with special cocktail for the day in addition to a full menu of other cocktails. Food choices were varied and the food quality was excellent. We started with Kobe beef skewers. The beef was very good quality, well cooked and extremely tasty. Very good peanut sauce along side. They were four. We each had an appetizer size salad, which was very sizable and extremely fresh. I had the beat and fried goat cheese salad which was very very good. My wife had a pizza and being from New York, I generally judge pizza before getting it, but this was very tasty. I had the poke bowl share platter as my main and it was excellent. The tuna quality was very good and the flavoring was equally good. I would highly recommend Tropicale to anyone visiting the area for wonderful evening. We went on a Sunday at 6:30 and walked in. There’s plenty of room. It’s a very large restaurant. Parking: There is a small paved parking lot directly behind the restaurant. There is also a dirt parking lot behind that parking lot. It’s not too far from the casino so there’s plenty of parking available. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Caesar Salad with Shaved Parmesan Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Free street parking

On 08/05/22 (Friday) we visited The Tropicale Palm Springs. We walked in without reservations and we were seated in the patio section. Our server only came once to greet us and take our order. Our server didn't replenish our water. We ordered sushi and it was horrible because the sushi had no taste. Many tables were empty and there were plenty of servers that night. In addition, we didn't have enough silverware for our table and we had to get up and get our own. I had terrible service at this restaurant and will not recommend to go back. After we finished our meal, our party walked to the front desk in order to pay for our food. The server came running to us and asked what was wrong. I told them that we were upset regarding the whole experience. I mentioned to him that the food was terrible, our waters were not refilled, and we didn't have enough silverware. One of the members of our party actually got food poisoning an hour after he hate his burger. The only positive mention of this restaurant was the host Peyton. This beautiful and amazing young lady helped diffuse the situation and gave us plenty of other bars and restaurants to visit. Our party all paid for the food but did not tip for this negative service. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone I know. I hope no one will experience this ever in their life. If I could I would give this place 0 stars.
