Ordered once right at the time of COVID-19 or early 2020, hungry for something new and delivery service but cold sauce hardly no cheese even when I order extra cheese on a thin burnt cracker will never be considered as pizza to me

We tried the new location in Lincoln, IL and it was terrible. The service was terrible and they were out of chicken, steak, garlic dippers, and brownies that they offered me over the phone. Said the wait was 20 minutes and I got there and they hadn't even started the order. Servers had masks on their person but uncovered their mouths to talk which defeats the purpose. The pizza was terrible and tasted burnt and was chewy. Would not reccomend at all snd was a waste of money as it wasn't edible.

Turbo Fire Pizza was excellent. Staff was polite and courteous. This is a subway style pizza place. Pick out what you want and they make it in front of you. Turbo means just that, it's ready extremely quickly. By the time I got my drink and napkins the pizza was coming to our table.
