Well portioned italian hoagie at a good price. Being from Philly, I am a bit particular about my sammiches and this one fit the bill.

Do not come here. They serve rotten and expired meat. This was so gross I wanted to vomit. I will not go back. I hope the health department shuts you down.

You know what you miss when you're a preggo eggo? Everything you CAN'T have! You know deli meat, sushi, soft cheeses etc. Anywho,I have been waiting to have a good deli sammich and Twinbrook deli did not disappoint. Located in a strip mall it is fairly easy to spot from the road, near a local library. The interior is more liquor store than deli as that is what they primarily serve. I called in my order and was told it would be ready within 15 minutes. You got there in about 10 and they were waiting for me. Upon first glance, I was in heaven and I got the small. Lovely size of sammich stuffed to perfection with the freshest of the freshest ingredients. The bread was crazy fresh as was the meats and the accoutrements. The price point in my opinion was fair for what you got. Here is my issue, my orders were wrong. I HATE Mayo and despite not asking for it on my sammich it somehow ended up on it, so much that I was only able to eat some of the sammich before having to switch out the bread and some of the ham. Another sammich I asked for light Mayo and it had extra. I'm thinking there may have been a language barrier. It was good enough that I will try again when I'm in the area and double check before I leave.
