Having seen Namesti Svobody, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. UGO salaterie should be recommended for good yellow pea soup, salads and filet américain. Delicious smoothies are the right choice.
Most people have noticed that the staff is pleasant at this place. A number of visitors note that the service is terrific. Here you will pay medium prices. The calm atmosphere has been highlighed by the guests. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

A place for a snack, with good, healthy food. I usually order an ISIC menu. Of the minuses: -I don’t understand how the menu is assembled, sometimes they put bread, sometimes not. -The staff refused to communicate in English. And I just ignored us, starting to serve other people, when we asked questions about the menu quite calmly. (girl with black hair apologized). As soon as I started speaking Czech, the staff began to behave normally and continued to serve. - Once they did not have an antiseptic in a bottle when I asked the staff, a woman with short blond hair (apparently the cleaning lady) took some bottle, told me to put my hands on it and I started to splash intensively and aggressively (8 times) so this liquid began to drain on my hands and on my clothes. - You can not take the menu more than once a day on Isic. If you came for example at 14:00, at 16:00 I understand that you will be refused. - Wrap very often cold. There are grill strips, but the cheese did not start to melt. In short: a place with a good alternative for a healthy snack, but apparently they don't care about customers. There are enough people, apparently, they will endure. Quick update right after this post: The man who was rude at the cash register (Marek, as his colleagues prompted) passed me by and began to repeat quite aggressively to the whole place: thanks for the post, I remember you well. Yes, cool feedback... And so on in a similar style Now I was sure of the rudeness of the service. Of the pluses, the review was really accepted and perhaps the management will correct the situation, since I really like the food in UGO. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Normally I'm quite happy at UGU, but today unfortunately I found a caterpillar in the salad, see photo (I transferred it to another plate at home) I understand that it can happen, but I didn't finish the rest of the salad. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Kč 100–200
