Really enjoyed the visit to uni. “Classic” Indian restaurant favourites shami kebab, mixed starter, lamb saag wahla, lamb vindaloo plus excellent rice, chapatti and paratha all well cooked and very tasty. Attentive staff and booth seating made for a really good meal. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely amazing experience and even better food. The individual booths make the experience so intimate and private. Absolutely loved it! And the food was even better. Mushroom puri, wow! In the early 1970s my late brother John Ali designed and built the U n I booths. This was our first visit in over 45 years ( so very emotional and nostalgic ), we had a hour long chat with the owners both of us of Bangladeshi heritage and roots in Liverpool 8. Cannot wait to return with our own children. Fabulous authentic food, ambiance.FAB FAB FAB. Boss Restaurant.
