According to the clients' comments, Vegetarian and Vegan dishes here are quite nice and the menu is well-organized. Visit this restaurant to taste perfectly cooked vegan burgers, chili cheese fries and coleslaw. Good cheesecakes, mushroom cookies and biscuits might be what you need. Unburger has delicious wine among its drinks. It's nice to try great strawberry milkshakes.

I love this place. Great service, great food. Every chance I get, I dine here or take it to go. The "burgers" are very tasty. I love their shakes as well. Their desserts are fantastic; you would not believe that they are vegan.

Every tasted so great. I usually never like Kombucha but I enjoyed it! My husband got the brunch burger and I got the sweet n spicy chickn burger with fries. I got the dragonfruit pineapple kombucha too. We enjoyed the food so much that we took a chickn bacon ranch burger to go with the sauce on the side to eat it in the airport. Great atmosphere and people. Highly recommend. Price per person: $10–20

It hurts for me to give this rating to what has been my favorite restaurant in the area for YEARS. I frequented this place before the renovation when I first started my plant-based journey. I waited patiently for the renovations, and have been a loyal customer all this time. What I loved about Unburger: the CONSISTENCY. Everytime I ordered, the food was hot, freshly prepared, and looked the same way it looked in the pictures. And the taste was wonderful. I could tell whoever prepared the food actually cared. That's what kept me coming back. I could rely on the food and knew it would be the same everytime. Unfortunately, things have continued to go downhill. The Smoky BBQ burger was my favorite - the patties, bbq sauce, thick cut smoky bacon, and FRIED onion rings provided the perfect texture. But they changed the recipe. The NEW burger now has thin, tasteless bacon that's reminiscent of cardboard. Instead of the delicious crisp onion rings, they replaced it with caramelized red onions, which created an unpleasant taste and texture on the burger. You bit into it and a mushy mess of onions fall out. It's gross. I still wanted to support and give them a chance. So, my new favorite became the Unoriginal. It was delicious, like a vegan big mac. But unfortunately, they've changed that as well. Instead of the moist, golden, "buttery" buns of before, they replaced them with small, dry, anemic buns that remind you of McDonald's buns from the dollar menu. I paid an extra $1 for lettuce, and this is the lettuce they put on my burgers. I was shocked. I hear a lot of people complain about the price of the food. I've never had a problem paying what Unburger charges for their food, because it was always consistently good. I hear people complain about the distance, which is something I never complained about (I live 30 minutes away). But when I pay my hard earned money, drive 30 minutes for this food? Then to have the manager not offer anything to try to make things right? THAT'S when I have a problem. And on top of all this, the customer service has gone down. As a loyal customer, I feel disrespected and disappointed. Tell me what reason I have to keep patronizing this place??? I've recommended so many people to this place over the years - vegans and non-vegans. Unfortunately, this was my LAST visit to Unburger. There's no pride in the food anymore. No pride in the service. No pride in customer satisfaction. So I'm out Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
