So glad to have Uncle Tetsu's here in Melbourne. The quality of the cheesecake is identical to that in Japan. The cake quality is unique. The cake has a deliciously bouncy and fluffy texture. The taste is subtle and not too sweet cheesecake like flavour. Simply perfect dessert! The tarts were also of high quality. The servers are always nice and friendly too. Really lovely little store with fantastic cheesecake. Whilst the selection is quite small, what is on offer is perfectly curated and well worth a try. The crepe brûlée is also an absolutely incredible treat, and available from 2:30 pm most days.
