This was one of the highest points of my trip. Cigars are of incredible value, being that you will pay €10 to €30 more at other places. Great help, and I swear, the most loveliest lounge one could ever hope for... Will be back on my next trip!

Beautiful place BUT also amazing service! After the smoke I wanted to buy more cigars and the gentleman asked me politely if I can leave some for other customers. He did not say no however due to supply chain challenges he wants to take care of all his customers! Hats off happy to return when in town

The lady spoke who spoke to us was rude and did not let us buy any despite the fact they were clearly open and served the customers behind us, not friendly towards English speakers at all, bad customer service

Hi Blake Smythe, sorry for the misunderstanding. You wanted to smoke a cigar in our shop 10 minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, this is not possible. The customer after you bought a cigar to go.
