Due to an unexpected situation, I temporarily booked this hotel online and paid the full room fee. At the hotel entrance, I contacted the hotel staff to check in. The front desk staff said that they did not have our reservation information and were unwilling to check in; it was minus ten degrees outside. Several times, with children, we explained to the front desk staff that we could show them the hotel confirmation slip when we first entered the hotel...the staff hung up the phone directly...and did not answer our calls later. Contacted through the platform, the reply was that the reservation must be made 24 hours in advance; we were not allowed to check in for our temporary reservation; and no refund was given... It was close to 12 o'clock in the morning, and it was more than ten degrees below zero outside... We booked a room but could not check in... ..I don’t know how the service of this four-star hotel is trained... If according to the staff, the reservation must be made 24 hours in advance; then you set up a reservation query less than 24 hours on the platform, and it shows that the hotel has no rooms available... .Why does it show that a room is available and only after charging the full fee, does it show a scoundrel face...not allowing check-in and not refunding...I didn't expect such an unqualified robber to appear in such a good country as Sweden...This kind of thing How did the hotel get its four-star rating?

We are really sorry for this. There has been an error on our page on Booking.com which has made it possible to book a room the same evening. The hotel had closed and the telephone helpline had thus not received the information about your booking either. There is no debit made on the booking either, we have also applied for cancellation on booking.com the next day. So if you contact Booking.com, there should be no problem with getting back the money you paid in. If questions arise from them, you refer Booking.com to us at the hotel.
