If you wish a Mcdonald style Italian this place to go. Ask staff if they could do a sharing starter for one and was told a strait no without checking more interested in putting order into the machine. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

A lovely, intimate family owned restaurant here in Inverurie. You know it's going to be a good meal when the owner is taking your order. We were there with family. It was obvious that the majority of customers were all regulars. The staff provides a high level of professional service, while treating guests as the friends that they obviously are. I ordered the Penne Arrabiatta. The pasta was perfectly al' dente. The freshly made marinara has just the right level of heat. Enough to tantalize and enhance the bright flavors of the marinara and not over powering it. The lasagna was also on point, coming from the kitchen, bubbling hot with a well built bechamel pulling the entire dish together. Portions are generous and the prices more than reasonable for the quality of food and service. If we lived in Inverurie, Via Roma would be our regular stop as well. Kid-friendliness: Staff was very accommodating. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tiramisu
