Overall, we had a great evening and enjoyed the experience. For nearly $300, though, it is worth pointing out a few things: The wine pairings on the prix fixe menu were spot-on. Really enjoyed them. The menu selections for the three courses showed a nice variety - nearly everything sounded good. For the first course, the scallops were amazing. Honestly one of the best I’ve had. The squash soup was good, but also under seasoned. I wondered if they were intentionally doing this, but regardless, more salt would have helped. The Brussels sprout gratin was a big disappointment - incredibly salty greens on top, and bitter. I ate most of it, but was mostly wanting to steal my wife’s grilled beef across the table (which was excellent). Overall, a good experience and we would likely go back. For the price, though, I had expected every dish to be a knockout. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Vie restaurant was amazing! First the staff that greeted us was so nice and sweet. They seated us right away. Our server was very helpful in explains the menu and helping us understand that it's continually changing. We did the 3 course pre fixe menu with dessert. They started us off with a complimentary spoonful of spinach jelly which was delicious I could have had a whole bowl. The first course we had the duck and the carpaccio. Second course we had the potato and leek soup and mushroom tart which was divine! Third course we had the trout and the beef short ribs. Everything was made to perfection. For dessert we had the ooey gooey buttercake which was the perfect ending to our meal!
