Frozen food all the way.stone cold meal send back to kitchen. Solution: microwave! No apologies, no customer service. No pleasure at all.

Very unpleasant experience. Starters and wine were really good. They were followed, however by a stone cold burger and raw, uncooked cod. It looks like they use partially cooked and then frozen food which is microwaved before serving.When asked to replace the food they took it back to kitchen, warmed up and brought back exactly the same food still cold. We refused to have it and didn't touch the food. Still had to pay for everything as they were threatening us with police if we didn't pay for the meals we hadn't eaten. I'd say avoid at all cost as you might end up with food poisoning.
