It's nice to taste delicious michelada, chianti or house wine. Some visitors recommend great coffee at Vista Vino Modern Grill.

First time coming here. Nicole was outstanding at recommending and top notch service. Loved her. We had the Gorgonzola and pear pockets.delicious. Bread and dip delicious too. Caesar salad loved the presentation. Main entree my husband got lobster ravoli amazing. I had blackened shrimp and Salmon over the top. Atmosphere was perfect and watched as the entire staff was hustling to make sure their customers were happy. They all worked as a team and helped each other. Loved the vibe. Can’t wait to come back! Vista Vino Modern Grill in Castle Rock, Colorado is incredible! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Hyplains Heritage 90 Days Aged Ribeye-Tri-color roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus. Chianti Braised Short Rib-Sriracha honey glazed baby carrots, spicy Hatch chili smashed Yukon gold potatoes, Chianti demi-glace. Chilean Sea Bass-Chilean sea bass baked and basted with herbs and butter served over Aborio rice and quinoa mixed with seasonal vegetables. Tortellini Pesto-Tri-color cheese tortellini served with our own pesto cream sauce and fresh basil. Calamari-Loligo squid, Peruvian mini sweet peppers, imported parmesan, marinara. Baked Clams Oreganata-One dozen fresh east coast clams baked with Italian seasoning bread crumbs with a splash of white wine golden brown.
