Absolutely deserving of the endless 5 star reviews. Delightful food, excellent service, family run with care and attention. The proprietor gave us the choice of serving us in English or French (we speak a mix of poor to decent French!) and we chose French, thoroughly enjoyed navigating our way through the menu. The food was exquisite and beautifully presented and excellent value. Everyone called in to the kitchen for a chat when leaving. If you are in the area, you must visit! From our arrival until our departure, the Vivant restaurant offered us an unrivaled gastronomic experience, marked by great culinary subtlety and inventiveness. The service stood out for its impeccable attention to detail, guaranteeing a smooth lunch without the slightest wait. The atmosphere, soft and warm, enveloped us in a cocoon of well-being, making our meal a moment suspended outside of time. Although the selection of wines is modest, each reference has been chosen with undeniable expertise, pairing perfectly with the dishes served. Certainly, the wine prices may seem slightly high in comparison to the exceptional value for money of the meal, but this proved to be a minor detail within such a rich dining experience.
