Ruby was an exceptional hostess who topped up our wine whenever we were low and was so attentive with service. She was friendly and conversational and overall made the evening very pleasant and enjoyable. Xx. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £90–100

Let me just say, my experience at WC Wine & Charcuterie was nothing short of appalling! From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a wave of disdain and rudeness that I never knew was possible in a restaurant. Seriously, how can a place so pretentious have such shockingly horrible service? The staff acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer! When I asked about the menu, I got a full-on eye roll like I was asking for a million-dollar favor. Excuse me, but does common courtesy not exist here? If you’re looking for a place to feel unwelcome and disrespected, you’ve found it! This restaurant should absolutely be ashamed of itself! I cannot emphasise enough: PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! There are plenty of other places that treat their customers with the care and respect they deserve. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this nightmare! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
