Located in the basement food court area of a department store, this is a great place to warm up on a snowy day. Quick, friendly service. The chilioli swirl add-on was a bit too spicy (for me) so you may want to forgo that. $11 for a bowl of soup and a large, crispy cracker. Complimentary tap water available.
