In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve perfectly cooked bacon, sausage & eggs and sandwiches here. Most guests recommend trying tasty chocolate waffles and good egg waffles. Great coffee is what can make you come back to this restaurant.
Waffle House is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are reasonable. When inside, the atmosphere is charming. As for the Google rating, this place got 4.

Visited Waffle House in Columbia on James Campbell came in to place an order and waited in line for over 10 mins just to be told I need to cash them out and I kept continuing to wait. This place really needs structure. Customers are suppose to be waited on first come first served based not out of order cause this makes the customer feel very unappreciated. Will NOT return!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The waitress was very nice. The food was very cold. This is the worst WH in columbia. Only reason we tried giving them another try was because they were not busy... Now we know why. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Hashbrowns

I ordered eggs scrambled soft, which means a little runny. They were not. I ordered wheat toast, and I got white toast. The satisfaction patties are so thin you can read a newspaper through them almost. While I was praying the waitress came and interrupted me by bringing my check and instead of just leaving it, she interrupted me by saying, "I'll just leave this here," that was rude and unnecessary. Also, when I asked for a refill of my drink, it was not refilled completely. That's a small complaint, but it just pulled in to of the other blunders. I used to love waffle house, but this experience is going to make me think twice. We will see how the next visit goes. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
