Always loved the food and the customer service is always great but today was different, shout out to Amelia and Anastasia for making our dining so much better, they were really nice, funny, and generally really cool people. Also Amelia had an amazing playlist. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely disappointing experience. I really enjoy Japanese and Korean cuisine, so love trying different places. Unfortunately our visit in wagamama Nottingham was extremely disappointing. Staff had a strange attitude and was very dismissive. When ordering water been asked if I want small or large. Not sure what that means in terms of volume been answered "It's just small and large is large". Not helpful at all. Ok, moving on. I received my order before my boyfriend did, so asked if it will be much longer for his as we wanted to eat together. As a reply I was told "Oh did I not tell you? You get orders as soon as they are ready. Sorry". That's ok, but it would be nice to warn us indeed. On top of staff being dismissive, food was bland. My food was average, had much better rice bowls before. My boyfriend got undercooked pork belly and ended up feeling sick later. Never again wagamama. Avoiding this place, telling friends to avoid it. Never coming back
