A bit over priced for the quantity and the quality of the meat, did a la carte but paid $150 for only 3 adults and 2 little kids, not even full and the meat was as small as a bite. Maybe go for Buffet, a little disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

What's good gang welcome back to another excellent review, so let's dive straight into my UNBELIEVABLY SHOCKING experience in this JAPANESE WAGYU ONE restaurant. We saw an eye-catching promotion poster outside, $20 WAGYU LUNCH SET! WOW sounds like a great value for good quality food, so we went in. The waiter welcomed us and seated us in a 6 seater table, then walked away immediately. Did not introduce us the menu, did not give us water. Menu was on the table and we had a good look at it, nothing really surprised us and we both went for the $20 japanese wagyu beef curry rice lunch set, including a side garden salad with sesame dressing, couple thin slices of seasoned cucumber, and 2 piece of OIL DEEP FRIED chicken with some FULL FAT japanese mayonnaise and some leaves salad. They stated *UNLIMITED* japanese pearl rice, they're good quality premium rice not basmati anyways deliciousness rating 8.5/10. Food wasn't bad at all. NOW HERE COMES THE PROBLEM Once we told the waiters that we will not be having the luxury korean bbq $100 Menu we were ASKED AND FORCED to switch seat for some reason, was our VALUE as genuine customers been seen DIFFERENTLY as others JUST BECAUSE we're ordering their cheaper dish IN THEIR MENU? We finished our meal and KINDLY ask to PAY the bill, we waited for a solid 5 MINUTES after waving our hands all around as the 2 waiters were handling another table and intentionally IGNORED our request! The waiter came after we PATIENTLY waited then told us to pay at the front desk. We sat up and went straight away but the waiter didn't. There was like nobody in the restaurant and they kept wasting our time like bro at this point we were gonna DINE N DASH! we were literally ASKING TO PAY and there was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for anyone to have to wait 12 MINUTES JUST to PAY FOR THEIR MEAL. ( OUR MEAL WERE 2 IDENTICAL LUNCH SET OF $20.48 EACH ) IT AINT THAT DIFFICULT BRUH HONESTLY NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE, FOOD WAS GREAT BUT U GOTTA WORK ON THAT SERVICE! Food 8.5/10 Service 3/10 Atmosphere 7/10 ( quite comfortable but the seats were a bit broken and disorganised ) Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Paid $370.50 with such horrible experience ever! Never come back! Not recommended to anyone !

I used to be a regular customer and I recommended to many friends because I love the foods and staffs are lovely. However, last night is the terrible night. Staffs lack of knowledge, no one inform my table about food is sold out, service, time, and wastage. We chose 88$ buffet for 4 people. It’s expensive for this price if compare to normal buffet but i am happy to pay because of the variety of meat. I was double check with the staff before we start. I asked we can ordered everything in the menu (Menu that we got) right ? The staff said YES. So we decided to have $88 buffet. I am fan of ox tongue so I was expect to have it last night. After we ordered some food, I couldn’t find ox tongue in the tablet (for order ourself). Then I asked the staff I couldn’t find it the tablet, the staff said “we are sold out”. After I heard that I was a bit disappointed because staff didn’t inform us from beginning. Otherwise I am not going to choose the buffet. After I don’t mind about it because we just want to enjoy our dinner. After we almost finish our eating, fews staff came to our table and told us “You need to finish the foods !” And push the food plate so hard to us. It was so RUDE.

When I went to pay the bill after we finish our dinner, the staff said I haven’t finish the rice in the bowl. So they need to charge $20.00. Are you kidding me !!!
It’s the small bowl of rice with eel . I would be happy to pay for it if I had been told that in the beginning...regardless, 1/3 rice in the bowl, u were asking $20 for this....trying to rip me off assuming I'm dumb? Over my dead body

I told the staff, I am not happy and I am not going to pay 20$ for that bowl of rice.
After the staff went to talk to the chef and chef start angry and talked to me in bad behavior. He told me I couldn’t finish the rice, so I need to pay for it. He feel so sorry about rice even I pay for it. How rude is he ?

The chef is super rude and had argument with me. He said buffet is no ox tongue. Excuse me !!! So it means they are SCAMMER, the menu that they gave to choose from beginning has ox tongue in it. I told the chef that he can check by himself. After the staff and chef talked in Japanese (No Morality while I was in front of them). Why do you need to talk in Japanese, not English ? Both of them speak English fluently. Is there something fishy ? If they are doing right things they should talk in English. They don’t even know how to respect people.
I was explained what happened from beginning to the chef, but he was not listen at all and doesn’t care at all. He just said I need to pay for the rice because I couldn’t finish it. Where is professionalism ? Is it how they deal with customers? I have never seen any hospitality industry like this in my entire life.
At the end, the chef came direct to my table and say sorry to me and told me he will train his staffs and he’s not going to charge me this time. Does he think nothing happened ?

I try to support you and give you business but you make yourself lose me and our friends as your customers forever. Never come back again !!!!! and give you business but you make yourself lose me and our friends as your customers forever. Never come back again !!!!!
