It's simple food modestly prepared and expensive. The ice cream has some pastry at the bottom, the squid luau is a green slimy mess with bits of mystery meat in it, the pulled pork you can get anywhere and it's preparation here was completely uninspired. Waiāhole Poi Factory is an incredible restaurant! They serve delicious Hawaiian food and their sweet lady of Waiāhole was by far the absolute best. The lomi salmon was also very good! The kalua pig was really good and not very salty! The flavors are absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. It's definitely a must-visit if you're in the area!
