The food was super tasty, well seasoned and quick. The service was very, very friendly but not intrusive and the atmosphere was generally very relaxed. You can park in front of the door, and the price of the restaurant is great too; the three of us paid around €60. We'd love to come back!! 100% Thuringia since 1877, family business in one hand since 1965, EVERYTHING!!! homemade. Fantastic food, super friendly service, a hiking trail (Napoleon hiking trail) right next to the house, plenty of parking spaces, local beer, traditional and loving ambience and also an excellent price/performance ratio - everything is just right here. Insider tip: the smallest Christmas market in Thuringia takes place here on the 3rd of Advent. definitely visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
