We first went to the bistro and had an AMAZING experience. The cheese and wine selection was awesome and the prices were very reasonable. The service was great and we were never wanting for anything. We loved everything so much that we decided that we had to go to their shop right around the corner and buy some cheese to take home. The girl running the shop was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about all their cheeses and we ended up buying a couple different things. We will definitely be making The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Shop & Bistro a priority destination on our next visit to Fort Collins.
