Well, you did a huge upgrade to the building & sitting area. Your intentions seem to be to create a great New England clam& Ice Cream summer drive in. The problem is you did not think about the average customers' desires. Ice Cream delivered quickly. Food hot, & tasty, with the whole order ready at the same time. I do not who sold you your ordering & payment software, but it does not serve you well. It may make you book work easy but makes you customer's wait while someone gets the computer to work. Then the order is never correct. Two things; 1 window for ice cream the other for food. this will cut down on confusion and allow you to focus on the orders that need to be fast i.e. ice cream vs. orders that take time, like fresh fried food. 2. Go, to paper orders at the ice cream window. This will increase the speed of order delivery. This will also decrease the errors in delivering orders. I have never had a Ice Cream order correctly filled at you place. Some times your food is great other times uneatable. Next year make your menu simple make just soft serve ice cream its you want to be a seafood place. If you want to be an ice cream place, limit your food offerings. Your current course will only lead to failure. You have put too much into this to fail by trying to be all things but not one well.
Absolutely terrible! I put my order in at 6:05pm and didn't receive my order until 8:45pm. I placed my order, received my e mail receipt which said my order would be ready at 7:10! Okay, they're a new business and probably busy. I go to get my order at the window... You guessed it, they forgot my order. Again, their new and busy (as the are 15 plus people waiting for their order outside). I hang tight. As I'm waiting, 10+ people walk up with kids and want ice cream. Those people where greeted with this; window slides open, the lady tells them they closed at 7pm then closes the window in their faces... I watched this multiple times. I mean come on! you can't fill a cone or a dish for child... At this time, I'm the only one standing outside. Waiting 1 hour and 40 mins for a small scallop order, fish sandwich and a cheeseburger. I did manage to get a full refund. When I got home and opened everything up. The burger was not to order completely over cooked. The "scallops" where frozen shark fin. 1/2 thick hockey puck material. I had to throw those away. The fish sandwich found it's way to the garbage as it was too rubbery. Absolute complete disaster. Will never go back. Your better off to make the trip to Whitfield triangle dairy bar or st. Jay Riley's Fish shack.
