Went on a Sunday lunchtime, had the carvery and the food was amazing, the servers were very polite and very attentive. Only issue was we were not told if we could go up again like other carveries, so only had the one plate. Visited this lunchtime took over 40 minutes to be served some of the food was tepid ask for more drinks never arrived asked again they found them sat on bar arrived 20 minutes after we finished our meal when asked for bill we had been charged excess for drinks we never received no apology won’t be visiting again
