Whole Meal Cafe has a lot going for it if your one of the many health or fitness fanatics racing around Sydney staying in shape while also trying to find the occasional meal that's both healthy and wholesome. Whole Meal Cafe ticks both of those boxes. The Cafe has more mentions of Protein then some protein powder packets out there and that's saying a lot. The menu contains items like Protein sandwiches, protein smoothies, protein pancake stacks as well as some healthier white egg omelettes and healthy big breakfast options. The cafe is nothing super special but at the same time it's cute and inviting with comfortable seating inside and some seats outside. I decided to order the Protein Pancake stacks which came as either blueberry, banana, bacon or salmon for the more savoury selector. I decided on banana & coconut. It came out with three large pancakes stacks crammed with ricotta and banana in between marinated with some honey. Maple syrup was in a saucer on the side if you wanted it. The pancakes were  beautiful and moist and combined beautifully with the banana and ricotta. Awesome value for $16 and guilt free choice. I decided to pair my selection with a fresh smoothie. I choose Choco Pops which was Chocolate powder, avocado and skim milk blended together. It was a great selection and proves a avocado truly goes great with anything. Good find and would recommend this to any  protein lover because breakfast comes served with protein bread.
