I was in such a beautiful place yesterday. Celebrated a birthday with friends. Not satisfied. First of all, there is no indication of what to bring with you, or alcohol or food. We ordered kebabs, grilled vegetables and baked potatoes, adjika. We waited a long time plus minus. Since we were sitting on the summer playground. There was no delay with alcohol, it was brought soon. The waiter came and said that you can't bring alcohol with you, and if we do, there will be a fine of UAH 199 for each liter. When the administrator approached, the same thing happened. Emphasis is not indicated anywhere. But. When she approached the administrator, he said not to do this again. And there will be no fine. The customer is always right. They forgot it. The meat was served oversalted, overheated, not on the grill, baked potatoes were not salted just like chaff, grilled vegetables were not ready for roasting, they were also overheated. The funds are not small. Now the question is - you forgot that the customer is always right. I do not recommend this establishment. And we won't leave for another week. We visited this establishment yesterday We liked everything very much: the waiters are very friendly, they provide great service, the dishes are unreal tasty and aesthetic, we especially liked the pork kebab and khachapuri.
