I checked multiple platforms before booking and found very little in the way of critical feedback, which raised expectations. The room and service deliver. Staff are punctual, polished, and attentive without being intrusive. The wine list is respectable but not especially deep. That’s likely a function of Wyoming distribution and limited local demand for serious bottles, so the constraint is understandable. Still, by-the-glass execution needs work. The lone Pinot Noir offering was underwhelming and not representative of the category. Food presentation is refined and consistent with a high-end kitchen. Execution was uneven. I ordered the salmon rare; it arrived medium. I chose not to send it back, but at this level temperature accuracy should be non-negotiable. The accompanying side was oversalted. The kitchen leans too heavily on seasoning rather than allowing the ingredients to carry. A lighter hand, or simply finishing salt at the table, would be a better approach. The setting is well done. It feels appropriate to Jackson... elevated mountain aesthetic without being contrived. Overall, a strong experience with clear areas to tighten. I would return, but I would be explicit about temperature and would hope to see more restraint from the kitchen on salt and better curation by the glass. Good food, but remember that the govement is so bad, uggly and stupid. Starting a war in Iran without any realistic goal is a bit silly. Sorry USA, vote next time a president with more brains. Food: 5
