This restaurant provides you with nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around St. Andrew's Cathedral. Japanese cuisine is famous around the world and guests advise you to try it at Yebisu Yakitori. It's a pleasant experience to eat nicely cooked pork gyoza, yakitori chicken and salmon nigiri. You can have tasty fruit ice cream, tiramisu and green tea ice cream at this place. This place is famous for delicious iced green tea, lemonade or matcha. Clients don't highly appreciate draft beer at this spot.
The warm atmosphere of this restaurant makes customers feel relaxed and have a nice time. The creative waitstaff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. But Yebisu Yakitori hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

I had a really bad experience today at Yebisu Yakitori today made me and my husband so upset.My husband and I were looking for a quick drink and a few dishes to go with the drinks at Yebisu Yakitori since many places were closed due to holiday schedule. We asked the guy at the entrance if they had tap beer and he said yes. As we were going to scan the QR code, the guy said "$40 per head" and which is totally understandable I know some restaurants do have minimum spending. So we said, "oh, that's okay then" in a very friendly way then decided to leave. As we were leaving the guy told us "This is not a pub. It is a restaurant and you have to order food!" What he told us was totally unnecessary. We felt like we treated as a second class citizen who don't understand about food and restaurants.I am so sorry Yebisu Yakitori, but we usually don't go to Yebisu because their food is not quite authentic Japanese food, the quality is below average of what you get in Japan and not up to our standard. Now we learned today that not only their foods but the quality of their customer service is way below Japanese and our standard.英語でコミュニケーション取る場合は、正しい文法や単語を使っていたとしても相手にとってとても失礼な表現になる場合があります。今回店員の方がおっしゃった言葉は人をとても馬鹿にした言い方で、夫婦共々ここ数年で一番気分の悪い思いをしました。もう少し英語でのコミュニケーションに気をつける様お勧め致します。英語が上手な様にお見受け出来ましたが、もし意図的にあの様な発言をしたのであればシドニーに住んでいる同じ日本人としてとても残念で悲しく思います。
