Had dinner at Yee Tung Heen, which was awesome, with friends for the 1st time. Never known that there is a fab Chinese restaurant at The Excelsior before. I do like it more than those more highly praised. Thank you Filoppos for the wonderful hospitality and honest recommendation. Also thanks Ken, the restaurant manager, and his team for such a lovely service. Could not really ask more from them. The mushroom dish we had was a surprise. Super delicious, fine, and balance. The mushroom buns were made to look really like mushroom. You won't notice there were buns. Poached vege dish was delicate and awesome. So sad to see it will have to close down soon. Had little wish that they will reopen when the new facility of the building is done. Such a gem of Causeway Bay.
