If you close your eyes and think of everything you want out of a wonton noodle soup in Chinatown, you're probably imagining exactly Yin Du Wonton Noodle. TLDR version: Beef brisket wonton noodle soup will warm you from the inside out, order it and you won't be disappointed. (Maybe if you're a vegetarian.) Longer version: Wonton noodle can be broken up into four parts. The wontons, the noodles, the broth, and toppings. Lets start with the noodles--springy and thin like a Price is Right model. The wontons are a perfect ratio, seasoned, with the goldfish tail of extra wonton wrapper floating around ready to be slurped up as if they are extra noodles. The broth is light but flavorful, and the BRISKET is just tender af.
