I visited Yunost several times before and everything was great from the service to the food! But . On 11/02/2023 I decided to celebrate my birthday in this restaurant and it was terrible! I'll start with the service... it took 30 minutes to bring the wine, although an order for the table had been made in advance. They brought hot food before salads, or how they brought me steak and tartar together to which I asked that I should eat the steak cold after tartar (the waitress’s face grimaced and she took the steak away) after that they brought the same steak in a hot plate, all weathered and we ate it warm and already not medium, but fully cooked... since it was the same steak, it just lay there somewhere warm! Well, of course I didn’t use it! The potatoes with mushrooms were terribly salty! I’m not a scandalous person.. I paid the entire bill and left 3000 rubles as a tip! I will never come to Youth again and will not recommend it to anyone! The restaurant has gone bad in one word! P.S. No one apologized for the steak, didn’t offer to make a new one, and didn’t take it off the bill! They just served the old weathered one, well, the one that had been lying somewhere for 30 minutes! The food is not fresh! They brought a salad, the menu includes warm chicken. The result: the meat is weathered, tough and far from warm! This is a place that I will never return to and will not recommend to anyone. Three stars only because of the interior. The first establishment where I didn't leave a tip!
