Actually the location and the food were very good. Except for the disillusionment that on top of the already expensive price compared to local Thai food, 10% service and 7% vat are added to the prices on the menu. This is a strange development. When in Bangkok we always try to visit Zanzibar restaurant. This restaurant is situated in a green surrounded area with plants, trees and lights. A live band makes your diner complete. Tables are placed with space around it, so you are not on the lap of your neighbour table... drinks and food served with a friendly smile... Love this place...!!
