Staff are always polite even when things are super busy, my coffee is always spot on what I ask for. Food offerings are quite diverse and somewhat reasonably priced. Their reward program is pretty decent too... Overall, I would recommend Zarraffas Hendra...just be prepared that sometimes there's a shirt wait time during busy periods. I clearly ordered an Oat Cappuccino - Tall size with 2 shots for the drive-through, and the coffee is extremely hot. It was made with normal dairy milk, to which I have allergies. Food: 1
