I ordered Zato online through their Zing service on their website. Zing driver delivered food to the wrong address and would not answer my calls or texts. Called Zato management to report the issue and they told me that it was not their problem. I understand that accidents happen, but I lost over $70 in food, delivery, fees, and tip. The Zato management had every opportunity to make it right for the customer and refused. Unacceptable and disappointing as a customer. Will not be back to this restaurant. Service: 1
