I visited this place several times but after my last visit I decided to leave a review. Let's be honest. They have the best bread in town, fresh, lovely smelling and tasty, different options. But: they have the worst service I've ever experienced in a bakery. The staff simply isn't educated in gastronomic service at all. They mostly don't understand you and your order at first try. And if so, they come back and ask because three things are way to much to remember. They seem a bit puzzled when looking for the right things in the storage and they need a lot of time to process your order. Sometimes it seems, they just bake the bread after you ordered it but then they decide to fall asleep first. Sry, just kidding but it's annoying as fuck. Get your staff educated, Zeit für Brot.
