Everyone from the restaurant/bar staff to Norbertto were first class humans and were always there to help with a smile on their faces. We felt they were our freinds before our stay was over. It exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable . The cozy furnishings and spacious layout provided the perfect retreat after a long day on the mountain. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amenities. They have a well-equipped ski storage area , every aspect of the hotel was designed to enhance the skiing experience and ensure guests' comfort and relaxation. And I must commend the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the room dining servers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest.
