Terrible service - you place an order for a take away coffee and they have you waiting 20mins just so they take more orders instead of taking the order and making the coffee- as a business owner if you have 4 staff members and only 1 person can take orders - use the till and make the coffee you leave customers waiting 20mins in their lunch break.
