Buco is a Filipino dessert drink. It’s more correct to say this is a mix of coconut juice, coconut pulp, sugar and of course ice (in Asia, you can’t go anywhere without it). Unlike Halo-Halo, here all products are whipped in a blender (you can use a mixer) and you get a thick, cold and very tasty cocktail.
