A cute neighborhood spot with a restaurant, bar and a nice outdoor space. I ordered the soup and salad lunch special and my lunch partner and I split the deviled eggs. The soup du jour was a chicken vegetable. It had good flavor and lots of chicken, though I wish it had been served hotter. I chose the Caeser for my salad - it was delicious though slightly overdressed (next time I'll get the dressing in the side). The deviled eggs were surprisingly mustard forward - mustard is not my favorite taste but I still enjoyed them. Great place for lunch in Pasadena! This was my first time at the Foothill Restaurant and it was awesome! The service is great as well as the food. The parking can be a challenge but so worth it!! Thank you!
