As a foodie traveler, I am really excited to try out some of the essential Indian dishes recommended in Kolkata. I have always been a fan of idli, and the one served at Chennai Square sounds like a perfect start to the day. Moreover, I cannot wait to try the lip-smacking vindaloo at The Coastal Macha, the crispy masala dosa at So Southy, and the delicious dal makhani at Gucchi. Kolkata seems to be a paradise for food lovers, and I am ready to indulge in some of the best Indian cuisine the city has to offer.
