Los Angeles, or LA, is one of the world's most well-known cities. Its gorgeous beaches, Hollywood stars, and movie industry make LA a popular vacation spot. The city is often referred to as the “Creative Capital of the World” because one in every 6 Angelenos works in the creative industry. There are more artists, writers, filmmakers, actors, dancers, and musicians living and working in Los Angeles than in any other city in the world. Furthermore, LA loves Halloween. There is never a shortage of events leading up to the holiday to keep locals and visitors occupied with festivities. From family-friendly trick-or-treating to terrifying haunts for adults, from horror movie screenings to spirited cocktails nights – there is something for everyone. The Angelenos do know how to give the creepy time of the year a Hollywood touch. Every year the artisans pour their blood, sweat, and tears into creating an outer worldly experience. So if you are visiting the vibrant city on All Hallows Eve or Halloween, do check out our recommendations for amazing themed drinks to get your ghoul on.

A steak is a a slice of high-quality beef that is grilled or pan-fried. It is distinguished by strong flavor and an awesome smell of smoke. Steak is great with just a dash of salt and pepper, however, you can also add dried herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, or garlic.

The Conservatory is an all-outdoor multi-tiered venue that showcases the experience of dining through innovative seasonal cuisines. Try their amazing Greek salads and succulent steaks.

Lisa Beaumont, the beverage director, and Felix Lopez, the lead mixologist, have created three specialty cocktails for Halloween that are sure to make you feel spooky. The Devils’ Margarita is made with Orendain Blanco tequila, lemon, agave, and hellfire bitters with a float of Old vine zinfandel. The Rosemary’s baby consists of Four Roses Bourbon, maple syrup, orange bitters, absinthe, and smoky rosemary sprig as a garnish. Finally, the White Widow features Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Godiva white chocolate liqueur, espresso, and cream garnished with a spider with "twizzler" legs. Don't worry, the spider isn't real.

LA is definitely the place to be for Halloween if you want to experience unique and creatively themed cocktails! The Conservatory's Rosemary's Baby, White Widow, and Devils' Margarita sound absolutely spooktacular. I am especially intrigued by the Rosemary's Baby cocktail with its smoky rosemary garnish and absinthe in the mix. What a perfect way to get into the spirit of the holiday!
