On June 26, 2024 at the Relais San Giuliano in the Palici restaurant we celebrated my son's graduation. Beautiful, welcoming and evocative location. The guests were fascinated but when it was time for dinner, reality greatly disappointed expectations. The only thing that really met our wishes was the dessert buffet. The choice of location was made based on the presence of a chef who should have guaranteed a very high quality of cuisine, but which in the end turned out to be mediocre: the risotto was overcooked and bland, of very poor quality; the second, a suckling pig, was inedible as it was hard and also had an indefinable flavour, what's more the knives at the table were not even those suitable for meat. In summary, the price is not consistent with the quality. I advise against organizing any event in this place which should leave a beautiful and indelible memory in the minds of the guests. We had dinner at iPalici, intrigued by the presentation of the Michelin guide. Everything was magnificent from the surprising "bread and sauce" of welcome to the choreographic conclusion of fake and delicious chestnuts, almonds and peanuts. The chef rediscovers the products of our land and enhances them with extraordinary skill. The service is impeccable without ever being intrusive. Certainly a reality dedicated to achieving extraordinary results, also taking into account the suggestive location in which it is located. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
