Kokoretsi
Kokoretsi means "a corncob" in Albanian, it's a traditional Balkan dish made of lamb or goat internal organs. Lungs, kidneys, heart and liver are threaded onto long skewers, wrapped in offals and seasoned with oregano, olive oil, lemon and garlic. Kokoretsi is usually grilled and served with tomatoes.
