I'm a regular at the bar and always enjoy coming by. Cool drinks, music, delicious pizza, friendly staff. Except for yesterday. We had reserved and had to wait 15 minutes like everyone else until we got a table. The staff was snippy and everything was very disorganized. When we got our table, we were supposed to leave the table 90 minutes later (as announced), only it wasn't 90 minutes, but 15 minutes less because we had to wait at the beginning. The staff was unfriendly and asked us to leave the table in an extremely direct and bossy manner after a little over an hour. We then stood in the hallway and I put my jacket at the bar. Instead of hanging the jacket up, I was then asked to hang the jacket on the coat rack, in the same bossy and unfriendly tone. In the end we felt so unwelcome that we left. I enjoyed going to the Manoamano Bar for many years. I've already left hundreds of euros there. I have never experienced a situation like yesterday. I felt treated completely rudely, like a mass check-in, with no personality and service friendliness or fairness (in relation to our reservation). I'll be back the week after next with a larger group. If this happens again, the bar will lose me as a customer and I won't come back. Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
