The Swedes have one very tasty custom, during the month of February, to eat semla buns stuffed with butter cream, the tradition of preparation of which originates from "Fat Tuesday" - the last Tuesday before Lent. Then they decided to decorate the bun with semla with whipped cream and marzipan.
