Walking near Sham Shui Po, visit this cafe. Among other Cantonese cuisune places to eat at, 為食館 can be one of the best. Imagine a combination of tasty dishes and the well-trained staff, this is exactly what this place provides you with. The terrific service is something these restaurateurs care about. Chef Yip Kam Wing has cooked for dignitaries and celebrities, and he also runs this charming restaurant in one of the up-and-coming neighborhoods in Hong Kong. We were lucky to be taken to Fine Kitchenette by a colleague who lives on the neighborhood and knows Chef Yip, so we were lucky to have a local's take on the menu with all the best dishes. You can tell I'm into a meal when the only picture I manage to take were of the first dish and the menu on the way out. Out multi-course meal consisted of crispy tofu, fried oysters (which were the star for me - huge and succulent and full of flavor), fried fish, beef with potatoes and onions, chicken with crispy skin, and string beans.
